These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and fry9 ("fry9", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the fry9 website located at https://fry9.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
fry9 provides an online sports betting and live casino service. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. fry9 does not claim to be licensed, endorsed or approved by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any other Pakistani governmental or provincial authority. Users are solely responsible for verifying that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact email address. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. You must not share your Account access with any other person. fry9 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, fry9 will require satisfactory completion of the KYC process. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
fry9 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including during an ongoing relationship with a User. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
Your use of the fry9 Platform is subject to the following conditions at all times:
The Platform operates primarily with PKR (Pakistani Rupee) as a display currency. However, actual account currency and available currencies are determined during registration and may be subject to conversion at applicable exchange rates. fry9 is not responsible for losses arising from currency fluctuations.
All deposits made to a fry9 Account must originate from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. fry9 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or unrecognised payment sources.
fry9 may reference familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as payment references. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to the live cashier at the time of transaction. The mention of these providers does not imply their endorsement of fry9 or online gambling. Users must verify that their chosen payment method is available and that their use of it for gambling transactions complies with the payment provider's own terms of service.
Withdrawals will only be processed after KYC verification is complete and all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met. fry9 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Processing times are indicative only and may vary depending on payment method, verification status and transaction volume during peak periods such as ICC tournaments and PSL match days.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are specified in the cashier at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change. Any amount exceeding published withdrawal limits may require additional approval or be processed in instalments at fry9's discretion.
All bonuses and promotions offered by fry9 are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each individual promotion. By opting into any bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement means PKR 30,000 in total qualifying bets must be placed before a withdrawal is permitted. The exact multiplier for each promotion is stated in its individual terms.
The following general restrictions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:
fry9 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk or mathematically balanced betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk. Where such activity is identified, fry9 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings and close the Account.
All bets placed on fry9 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market and event type. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable betting rules before placing wagers.
fry9 reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its discretion, including bets that exceed stated maximum payout limits, bets placed after the relevant market has been suspended, or bets placed on events or markets affected by manifest errors in pricing.
Where a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous (a "palpable error") — for example, decimal odds of 100.00 for an event that should be priced at 1.05 — fry9 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake, regardless of the outcome. fry9 will apply this provision reasonably and will not use it to void legitimately placed bets at accurate odds.
For in-play cricket markets — including ball-by-ball markets on T20 internationals, PSL fixtures and ICC tournament matches — official match results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the PCB, ICC) are used for settlement. Bets placed after the conclusion of the relevant event or delivery will be voided.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the fry9 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds:

All content on the fry9 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content and user interface design — is the proprietary property of fry9 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works of any Platform content without prior written consent from fry9.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fry9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. fry9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit fry9's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
fry9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, fry9 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a prominent notification on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
The current version of these Terms is indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We recommend Users review these Terms periodically.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fry9 is incorporated or licensed, as applicable. This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

We will aim to acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Response times may be longer during high-volume periods such as ICC World Cup and PSL seasons.
Any dispute regarding the settlement of a specific bet must be raised within seven (7) calendar days of the official settlement date. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. Supporting evidence, including bet reference numbers and relevant match data, should be provided with all disputes.
